How do I get access?
Start @KorpVPNBot on Telegram and follow the prompts. Your configuration is issued instantly after activation.
My connection drops or is slow.
Switch to another node in the app first. If the problem persists, message us with your approximate location and the node you were on.
Do you keep logs of what I do?
No. See the Privacy Policy — no browsing history, connection timestamps, session data, bandwidth usage or assigned IP addresses are recorded.
I want a refund.
Write to support@korpvpn.com with your account identifier. Terms are set out in the Terms of Service.
Which platforms are supported?
iOS, Android, Windows and any client that speaks our protocol. Setup instructions are provided by the bot.
We answer e-mail and Telegram messages within 24 hours, usually much faster. Include your account identifier and, where relevant, the node you were connected to — it lets us resolve the issue in one round trip.
Legal and data-protection requests are handled per the Privacy Policy and answered within 30 days.
