By accessing korpvpn.com, installing the KORP VPN application, or activating a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
KORP VPN provides an encrypted network tunnel that routes your traffic through servers operated by Korp Systems L.L.C-FZ. Access is delivered through our Telegram bot and our applications.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Individual nodes may be added, moved, or retired at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for confirming that using a VPN is lawful where you are.
KORP VPN does not support or encourage any illegal activities. You may not use the service to distribute malware, run denial-of-service attacks, send spam, engage in network intrusion, distribute material that is illegal in your jurisdiction, or infringe the rights of others.
Users are solely responsible for how they use the service and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of their country. This service is intended only for legal purposes. Accounts used for the activities above may be terminated without refund.
Subscriptions are sold for a fixed term and grant access for that term only. Prices are shown before purchase and are payable in advance.
Access begins immediately on payment. Because the service is delivered instantly and in full, a subscription that has been activated is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the service was materially unavailable for a sustained period. Refund requests go to support@korpvpn.com.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms, threatens the integrity of the network, or is required to be stopped by law. You may stop using the service at any time; a subscription simply lapses at the end of its term.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will bypass any particular restriction or censorship system.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korp Systems L.L.C-FZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of access arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing here removes consumer protections that apply to you under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
